Permissions Explained

Camera Permission

Required to capture photos during property assessments. Photos are stored locally and linked to specific assessment items.

Children's Privacy

Property Inspector is designed for adult use in property assessment and purchasing decisions. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app requires decision-making capabilities appropriate for adult users.

Data Control
